eSIM Turista sells mobile data plans for travel as eSIMs. Seller: Atiempo.me S.L., trading as eSIM Turista ("we", "eSIM Turista").

1. What you buy

A mobile data plan with the stated data allowance and validity in the chosen country or region. The eSIM is data only; calls and texts are not included unless the plan says otherwise. Service is provided by partner mobile operators.

2. Compatibility

Before buying, make sure your phone supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked. An incompatible device is not a service fault.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars, or in euros for customers in the euro area, and include all our fees. For customers in the European Union the price already includes the VAT of their country of residence; the VAT amount is shown on the invoice. You state your country of residence at checkout, and we check it against your IP address and the country of your card. The price on an invoice is valid for 30 minutes. For crypto payments the exchange rate is fixed by the payment provider NOWPayments for the time shown on the payment page. Blockchain network fees are paid by the buyer. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe in the invoice currency; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts it.

4. Delivery and activation

Once payment is confirmed, the eSIM is delivered automatically: the QR code appears on your order page and is emailed to you. The plan starts on first connection at the destination or on installation, as described in the plan. An unused eSIM must be installed within 180 days.

5. Immediate performance

By placing an order you ask us to deliver the eSIM immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered (Art. 103(m) of the Spanish consumer law, Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). 6. Acceptable use

You may not use the eSIM for illegal activity, spam, or resale without an agreement with us. Unlimited daily plans follow a fair use policy: the speed drops after the daily cap. Operators may restrict service in case of abuse.

7. Liability

Service quality depends on local operator coverage. We are not liable for gaps in coverage, operator outages or indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the order amount.

8. Governing law

Spanish law applies. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. We try to resolve disputes through support: [email protected]. EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
