Privacy policy

Data controller: Atiempo.me S.L., trading as eSIM Turista ("we", "eSIM Turista").

What we collect

The email you enter at checkout; order data (plan, amount, status); the country of residence you state, the country of your IP address and of your card, which we must keep as evidence for the VAT rate; eSIM identifiers (ICCID); payment data from NOWPayments (coin, amount, transaction hash) and Stripe (amount, status, card country and last digits; we never receive or store the full card number); technical request data (IP address, browser type) in server logs. For visit statistics we count unique visitors by a hash of the IP address and browser with a salt that changes every day and is deleted after two days; the IP itself is not stored in statistics and visitors cannot be tracked across days. We also record the traffic source (UTM tags, referring site), the country reported by Cloudflare and the device type. No advertising or analytics cookies are used. If you arrive through a partner link or a friend’s invite, we keep that link’s code in a cookie for 30 days to apply the discount and credit the referral.

Why

To deliver your eSIM and send the QR code (performance of contract), to answer support requests, to keep accounts and meet tax obligations (legal obligation), and to prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

eSIM Access (issuing the eSIM; your email is not shared), NOWPayments and Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Hostinger and Cloudflare (hosting). Some of them process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for 6 years for accounting. Technical logs are kept for up to 60 days. Anonymous visit statistics: up to 13 months.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact: [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
