Refund policy

מסמך זה זמין באנגלית.

Crypto payments

Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. If you sent less than the required amount, contact support with your order number: we will help you complete the payment or apply the amount to another order.

Card payments

A card payment can be refunded until the eSIM is delivered. After delivery, the terms below apply. Refunds go back to the same card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

If the eSIM fails because of us

If the eSIM cannot be installed or does not connect on a compatible phone and support cannot fix it, we will issue a new eSIM free of charge or refund its value: to your card for card payments, or as credit to your balance with us for crypto payments. Please report the problem within 7 days of your first connection attempt.

When no refund applies

The phone does not support eSIM or is carrier-locked. The eSIM was deleted from the phone. The data or validity has been used up. There is no service in places without operator coverage.

How to contact us

Write to support: [email protected]. Include your order number (the last 8 characters of the order link) and describe the problem, ideally with a screenshot.
